StorySaver Editorial Policy

Our support content is written to explain how the tool works, where it stops, and how to save public media responsibly.

Who publishes our content

Guides are published by the StorySaver Editorial Team, the team responsible for maintaining this website and its web tool. We do not claim legal credentials or an affiliation with Instagram or Meta.

We write for people using common mobile and desktop browsers, and we avoid claims that the product cannot support.

How pages are reviewed

Before publication, a guide is checked against the current StorySaver interface, its public-content limitation, and related privacy and responsible-use guidance.

We review pages when the tool workflow changes or when a reader reports an unclear or inaccurate instruction. Material edits update the visible modified date on articles.

Sources, independence, and corrections

For platform behavior, readers should treat Instagram's own help material and terms as the primary source. Our articles explain the StorySaver workflow and do not replace platform rules or legal advice.

StorySaver does not accept payment for favorable editorial coverage. If you find an error, email hello@storysaver.site with the page URL and the statement that needs review.
